摘要
本文介绍了林肯公司管理模式的主要特点,对与其有关的理论研究进行综述。进而应用超模函数优化理论的分析框架建立林肯公司管理模式的互补性模型,揭示了林肯公司管理模式主要因素互补匹配、相互促进形成良性循环的内在逻辑,并对中国企业管理和发展提供了一定启示。
This paper outlines the characteristic features of the Lincoln Electric Company' s management model, then reviews the relevant topics on its theoretical research. Applying the framework on the theories of super modular optimization and games, a systematic model marked by complementarity is set up to illustrate the coherent fit among the managerial principles of Lincoln Electric. , which form positive cycle with reinforcing logic. Its enlightening implications to the development of firms in China is discussed.
