摘要
由于产品同质化趋势日益明显,特别是在当前金融经济的大环境下,PC企业赢利能力严重下滑。实施差异化竞争战略,是提升PC企业核心竞争力的关键所在。本文通过对PC市场的研究分析,提出通过整合渠道差异化、产品多元化、启动低收入消费者市场等战略措施,来构建PC行业可持续竞争优势的构想,希望为中国PC行业的发展提供思路。
The profitability of PC enterprises is becoming weakened, when PC industry has fallen into homogeneous competition. The implementation of differentiation strategy is the key to solve the problem. Based on the analysis of PC industry, the strategic plan, which is integrating the channel differentiation, product diversification and developing the BOP market, is devised to strengthen the sustained competitive advantage in PC industry. This paper seeks to find out a proper way for Chinese PC enterprises' further development.
