On Order Management

本文根据耗散结构理论的观点探讨了管理与有序、无序的关系，提出了有序管理的新概念，分析了有序管理的现实意义、实现有序管理的必要条件、必须遵循的规律和注意的问题。

According to the theory of dissipative structures, this paper discusses the relations between chaos, order and management, promotes the conception of order management and analyses its practical significance, essential conditions, management laws which should benecessarily followed, and some worthily cautious points.
