广州珠江新城西塔施工升降机群力学分析

Mechanical Analysis of Construction Elevators in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower

由于施工升降机导轨架自身结构形式的影响,导致单一施工升降机的独立高度必须在一定的限值之内,无法满足某些特殊情况的应用需求。以广州珠江新城西塔项目主塔楼电梯群的应用为依据,通过有限元分析,提出一种解决施工升降机独立高度超限的方法。该方法主要核心为:通过一个桁架连接单一电梯的导轨架,使之成为一个整体受力体系,进而达到增强导轨架力学性能的目的。

Because the structural style of guide frame is weak,the independent standing height of single construction elevator must be limited in certain range and this limitation can restrict using requirement of building lifting.By analyzing the mechanical performances of elevator group with finite element method in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower,a method is put forward to solve the limitation problem of independent standing height of elevator.The main core of this method is that adopting a truss to connect the single guide frame which will make guide frames become a whole system to improve their mechanical performances.
