摘要 详细介绍一种可调滑模在宜兴抽水蓄能电站上水库库盆圆弧渐变段混凝土面板施工中的设计与应用。该可调滑模自重轻,长度可调,方便拆卸、吊装与运输。由于可调滑模刚性较好,承载力较大,其上既能搭建可站人的一、二次抹面平台桁架,确保混凝土面板的人工抹面质量,又可在冬季施工中搭设活动保温棚,保证面板混凝土的冬季施工质量,加快了整个宜兴抽水蓄能电站上水库库盆混凝土面板的施工进度。 Design and application of adjustable sliding formwork used in concrete panel construction at gradual change arc section in some upper reservoir basin are introduced in detail,whose length modulus can be adjusted dynamically.This adjustable formwork has light weight,adjustable length,and is convenient for demolition,hoisting and transportation.Because the stiffness and bearing capacity of adjustable formwork are good,platform truss for the first and second trowel finish can be built on it to assure artificial trowel finish quality of concrete panel,and insulation shed can be set in winner construction.This sliding formwork system has made construction process of reservoir faster.
