摘要
当代MOMA工程共有5个不同造型的高空悬挑楼,结构形式均为钢结构。根据工程特点,决定采用钢筋桁架模板进行楼板施工。为解决钢筋桁架模板的支撑问题,将原设计钢梁腹板上的楼板角钢支撑改为钢托板;在钢框架柱梁节点、钢梁高强螺栓连接点处,需对钢托板进行补板,并对其形成的孔洞进行封堵;主楼与悬挑楼交界处的框架梁为混凝土梁,需在下一层搭设临时支撑。重点介绍钢筋桁架模板铺装,楼板钢筋、混凝土施工等工艺。
There are five high cantilever buildings with different styles in Modern MOMA engineering,which are steel structures.According to engineering characteristics,steel truss formwork is adopted for floor construction.In order to solve support problems of steel truss formwork,the angle steel support for floor on steel beam web is instead of steel support plate.Furthermore,in column and beam joint of steel frame and high strength bolts joints of steel beam,the steel plate should be supplemented,and the hole should be plugged.Because the frame beam of main and cantilever building cross is concrete beam,temporary support should be set on the lower floor.Moreover,the technologies of formwork pavement,floor steel bars,concrete construction are introduced.
