摘要
深圳大运会主体育场工程墙柱构件设计为现浇清水混凝土,施工中采用聚羧酸外加剂配制的大流态高性能混凝土施工,解决了以往普通清水混凝土施工中常见的坍落度损失过快、匀质性差、骨料易分离等难题,避免了普通清水混凝土施工不易操作、硬化后出现明显色差、孔洞等外观质量缺陷。该技术绿色、环保。主要介绍了混凝土配合比设计,模板安装、质量控制措施,混凝土浇捣及养护、水性氟碳防腐保护液涂刷等施工工艺。
The wall and column components apply cast-in-situ fair-faced concrete in main stadium engineering of Universiade 2011 Shenzhen.Big flow pattern and high performance concrete prepared by polycarboxylic acid is used in construction,this technology can solve problems existed in ordinary fair-faced concrete,which are fast slump loss,bad uniformity and easy aggregate separation.Furthermore,it also can avoid difficult operation of ordinary fair-faced concrete,appearance quality defects of color difference and holes.The mix proportion design of concrete,formwork installation,quality control methods,concrete pouring and maintenance,anti-corrosion liquid blushing are introduced.
