摘要
为了准确控制施工过程中张弦梁结构预应力索的张拉力值,采用磁通量法对南京会议展览中心进行不同施工阶段的索力测定。根据测试数据绘制了不同温度下实测索力和电压的关系曲线,并通过实测值与设计值的比较分析了施工方案、初始态、温度及预应力损失对张弦梁索力影响。测试结果表明,张弦梁索力影响因素众多,磁通量法作为一种精确、高效、简便的拉索张力检测的方法,能为结构设计提供可靠的试验数据和理论依据。
In order to control the prestressed cable force during construction,magneto-elastic method is(adopted) to monitor the cables tension in beam string structure of Nanjing International Convention and Exhibition Center during different construction stages.According to the test data,the relation curves of cable force and integral voltage are drawn.Through comparison between test and design data,the influence caused by construction method,initial state,temperature and prestress loss on cable force is analyzed.The test results show that magneto-elastic method is an effective method to measure cable force,which can provide scientific reference for structural engineers.
