摘要
当加热器换热管因结构需要,弯曲部分会采用Ω形结构,其整个180°弯头由三部分弯曲弧段连接复合而成,连接处无直段过渡。制作弯管模具时,需对管子弯曲时受力和变形回弹作具体分析。经过弯管实验,现采用1种简便易行的弯管方法,设计1种特殊形状的手工弯管模具,可完成弯制这种三段弧段相连的Ω形弯头。为了保证弯管质量,在弯管模具设计中,首先应确定弯管半径及防止管子变形的弯管模内模槽的结构尺寸,并通过实践经验给出了一些模具设计参数。
Bend Ω shape structure will be made which are connected by three arcs for a complete 180°bend without any straight section because of the needs of the structure for heat exchange tubes in heater. Detailed analysis of the stress and the deformable resilience during tube bending shall be made when the bending mould is designed. Now a simple tube bending way will be adopted based on bending test. A mould of special shape for manual tube bending has been designed which can be used for Ω shape bend with three arcs. The bending radius and the dimension of slot in the bending mould shall first be determined in the design work so as to ensure the quality of bent tube. And designed parameters of the mould have been obtained through the practice.
