摘要
研究了高强冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱在高温下的性能和承载力计算。在试验基础上建立了高强冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱的有限元模型,模型考虑了局部和整体初始缺陷的影响;利用高强度冷弯薄壁钢材的高温材料性能试验结果,进行了高强冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱在均匀温度和非均匀温度分布下的性能研究;基于《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》提出了均匀高温下的承载力计算公式,基于直接强度法提出了非均匀高温下的承载力计算公式。
A study on the behaviour of high strength cold-formed steel lipped channel columns under elevated temperatures was conducted in this paper. A finite element model of lipped channel column was developed and verified against test results. The effects of initial local and overall geometric imperfections have been taken into consideration in the analysis. Based on the high temperature material test results, a parametric study was carried out using the verified finite element model. Both uniform and non-uniform distributions of temperatures were considered. Design method for high strength cold-formed steel lipped channel columns under uniform temperatures is proposed based on the (Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures). In addition, design method for high strength cold-formed steel lipped channel columns under non-uniform temperatures is also proposed based on direct strength method. Generally, it is shown that the proposed method accurately predicts the columns strengths.
