弱势群体教育支出决策分析

摘要 本文主要分析了弱势群体家庭的教育支出决策过程,认为在做出教育支出的决策时,弱势群体可供参考的信息最不充分,通过教育使生活条件获得改善的动机最强,因此其决策行为的理性也最差。指出只有政府和社会努力提高弱势群体收入,创设公平的竞争环境,提供及时准确的教育和就业信息,提供多元的教育选择机会,才能引导弱势群体家庭的教育决策回归理性,从而实现我国教育事业的健康发展。
