摘要
从智能电网的驱动力和建设目的入手,对智能电网的内涵进行了探讨,阐述了作者对智能电网概念的理解;并结合四川电网实际,对四川如何发展智能电网进行了思考。
By analyzing the driving force and the development aim of smart grid, the understanding on the concept of smart grid is discussed. And with the reality and the characteristics of Sichuan power grid, several suggestions of developing smart grid in Sichuan are also proposed.
