攀煤135MW机组余汽技术改造

摘要 攀煤公司2×12 MW+1×6 MW小型发电机组面临关停,根据当地电网实际全面分析攀煤矿井安全,积极争取政策关停锅炉,利用新建135 MW机组富余蒸汽经减温减压后供小机组发电,首创并成功运用流量大且调节蒸汽参数范围宽的减温减压装置,有推广应用价值,确保矿井安全,社会效益和经济效益显著。 The small generating units (2×12 MW + 1 × 6 MW) of Panzhihua Coal Company are faced with shutting down, so according to the actual situation of the local power grid, the company is positively striving for shutting down the boiler with polices. The mine safety of the company is comprehensively analyzed, meanwhile, the surplus steam of newly - built 135 MW units is used by reducing the temperature and pressure for small units to generate the electrical energy. The first and successful application of desuperheating and decompression device with large flow and wide range of adjustable steam parameters is worthy of popularization, which can ensure the security of mine and bring significant social and economic benefits.
