肠道病毒71型的分子病毒学研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肠道病毒71(Enterovirus71,EV71)是导致婴幼儿感染的重要病原之一,自1974年首次报道以来,在世界范围内引起多次暴发与流行并且在我国地区的流行也呈上升趋势,该病毒感染具有较广的疾病谱,除引起大规模的手足口病暴发,也可引起严重的中枢神经系统感染,并可导致死亡,近年来受到人们的广泛关注。本文对EV71病毒生物学特征、分子流行病学、致病毒力及预防控制等方面的研究进展作一概述。
