摘要
师资队伍建设是高职教育健康发展的关键。通过对山东省高职院校师资队伍基本情况的调查,阐述了存在的主要问题,并分析了存在问题的原因。
The construction of teaching force is the key in the development in higher vocational education. Through the investigation of the basic conditions of teaching force in vocational colleges in Shandong Province, this thesis elaborates the existing problems and analyses the causes.
