我国实现未来经济发展目标的关键是人,需要培养成千上万能够把先进科技转化成生产力,制造出优良产品的高技能人才,而目前我国高技能人才培养状况堪忧。本人结合所在单位和地市的高技能人才状况的调研、分析,提出要从理顺教育体制、加大财政投入、增强政策执行力度和优化社会环境等方面科学构建高技能人才的培养机制。

The key to realize the the development goal of China＇s future economics is people. It needs thousands of talents with advanced technology who can transmit technolog into productive forces and create high -quality products. What is worse, the present status of China＇s highly - skilled personnel training is not promising. Combining units and city status of the high - skilled research, analysis, this thesis puts forward a proposal which will rationalize the education system, increase financial input to enhance the intensity of policy implementation and optimization of social environment with the aim to build a highly skilled scientific personnel training mechanism.
