《思想政治教育学原理》第二版相比第一版功能部分的修订,反映了当前思想政治教育"以人为本、凸显个体价值"的发展趋势。"以人为本、凸显个体价值"是时代发展的历史趋势,是对传统思想政治教育模式的反思,是马克思主义本真的必然要求。要准确理解这一发展趋势背后的必然性,并以此为导向,树立"以人为本、凸显个体价值"的新理念,着眼于主体化引导人的全面发展,形成社会化与主体化的双向互动,并确立终身思想政治教育的理念,从而推动思想政治教育工作的有效展开。

Compared with the old version, part of function of Ideological and Political Education Pedagogy Principle has changed obviously. This phenomenon reflects current developing trend of ideological and political education ： ＂people - oriented, highlight of the individual value＂ . ＂People - oriented, highlight of the individual value＂ is the historical tendency, the resonsideration to the traditional ideological and political education pattern and the Marxism＇s true request inevitably. We should find out the roots behind this trend, take this as the guidance, make new educational notion ＂people - oriented, highlights the individual value＂. We also should focus on the individuation guiding person＇s comprehensive development, form socializition and mutural interaction, and establish lifelong idea in the ideological and political education, thus promote ideological and political education work effectively.
