摘要
首先从理论方面分析了电气长度的确认依据,提出电气长度的定义和计算方法,及其影响要素。随后以生产实际中电缆组件项目的应用为例,通过网络分析仪测试,证实前面提出的理论依据的可行性,并分析测试数据对计算的结果进行修正。另外还研究了选择电缆时参考温度对电气长度的影响,以及制造此电缆组件的步骤。
This article explores the theory on electrical length of cable assemblies commonly used in wide range of electrical communication equipment and its basis for calculation, and clarifies the way of calculation and definition. Then it takes an example of an actual cable assembly project used in actual production to prove the practicability of the above theory. And through analysis of testing data, compensation is made to the calculation. It also considered temperature's impact on electrical length when doing cable selection. At last, it lists the steps for cable assembly manufacturing steps where precise phase requirement is needed for practical reference.
