摘要 本文着重研讨聚丙烯腈(简称PAN)卷式超滤膜的制作工艺及其影响膜性能的参数;通过产水率—收缩温度、截留率—收缩温度的关系,定性地叙述了表层孔径大小及其分布;通过扫描电子显微镜观察膜的横断面和底表层结构,考察了膜对微生物、化学试剂的稳定性,並且探讨了在电子工业超纯水的制备、矿泉水的生产、活性蛋白的浓缩和乳品饮料水的净化应用潜力。 The manufacture technique and its application of spiral PAN ultra- fitration membrane and parameter influencing membranes performance were described in this paper.It is found that the pore size and its di- stribution in the surface layer of PAN membrane may be qualitatively prescribed by the curve position and gradient on shrinkage temperature —flux and shrinkage temperature—retention rate。It is seen that the constitution of cross section and back surface layer of variant PAN membranes may be view by electron microscope.The retention character of PAN membrane may be quantitatively determined by the ball stan- dard matter such as albumen ausrinderblut,albumen egg flake, cytochrome—Cand vitamin B_(12)。The manufacture of electronic industry ultrapure water and mineralized water,concentration of active albumen and purification of dairy husbandry drinking water were examined。 The results of the tests indicate that PAN membranes possess excellent performance for industry application and resist to acid and bacteria as well as chemicals。
