Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures in the Building of New Rural Area of Socialism

建设社会主义新农村是一项极其复杂的系统工程和长期任务。对新农村建设存在着许多理解上的偏差。本文拟从建设重点、建设主体、建设的整体协调、建设的长期性等四个方面阐述理解上的偏差,并提出了相应的解决问题的对策及思路。

Building new rural area of socialism is a sion. There are many different misunderstandings complicated systematic project and a long range misas to how to build new rural area of socialism. Based on an attempt to pinpoint some misunderstandings in the light of the priority of the building, the main body of the building, the entire harmony of the building and the protracted nature of the building, the paper brings forward some tentative corresponding countermeasures.
