摘要
电火花加工的放电波形中包含着反映极间放电状态的各种信息,而极间放电状态又在很大程度上影响着电火花加工效率和加工质量。为了有效确定极间放电状态,采用小波变换对电火花放电电压波形进行了分析。结果表明,通过对电火花脉冲电压采样值进行小波变换处理后得到的低频系数可以确定每一个电火花脉冲的放电状态。开发了基于DSP的数据采集与处理系统进行高速数据传输和计算,针对微细电火花加工中常用的RC电源的波形分析实验结果显示,能够获得单个充放电脉冲的基本特征,相对于常用的平均电压检测法更为精确且具有良好的实时性。
The EDM discharge waveform contains information representing the gap discharge status of EDM process.The gap status affects the machining efficiency and the workpiece surface quality of EDM process fundamentally.In order to determine the gap discharge status efficiently,the wavelet transform is applied in this study to process the EDM discharge waveform series.The outcome shows that each of the EDM pulses can be distinguished by the approximation coefficients of the wavelet transform.And the wavelet transform detection is capable to reveal the primary feature of each single discharge pulse,which is ignored in average voltage detection.A data acquisition and processing system based on DSP is developed in this study for the high-speed data transforming and calculation.The experimental results show that the system runs with a good real-time performance.
