摘要
TC4钛合金高压气瓶是一种空间系统应用较广泛的气体贮存装置,气瓶赤道缝的焊接质量直接影响气瓶使用寿命、可靠性和安全性。通过电子束与钛合金作用机理和工艺裕度角度分析,改进了焊接工艺,优化了电子束工艺参数,获得成型良好、力学性能优良的电子束焊缝,良好地解决了气瓶赤道缝电子束焊接的飞溅问题。
The high pressure vessel manufactured by TC4 alloy was used in space application commonly,and the quality of equator welding line has the direct effect on the life-span,reliability and security of pressure vessel.This paper discusses the welding technique improvement and EBW parameter optimization to get the more preferable result in terms of the mutual effect between TC4 alloy and EB and EBW optimization.
