摘要
为了达到大直径薄壁整体叉形环的加工精度要求,本文通过认真分析产品结构与加工试验,合理选择了工艺路线与工艺切削参数,采取了一系列控制装夹变形和加工变形的工艺措施,最终获得了良好的加工质量和效果,满足了设计要求。
To meet the machining-accuracy requirements for the large-diameter furcated ring with a thin-wall,the following procedures should be adopted:analyzing the product mix and the results of the machining experiments;choosing a proper process route and cutting parameters;controlling the clamping deformation rigorously.Thus,we can obtain a favorable machining quality,and satisfy the design requirements eventually.
