让传统村庄逐步转变为现代农庄——实现中国城镇化的有效途径

本文的宗旨是把中国的城市化进程与平衡城乡经济发展水平、解决"三农"问题这两大主题结合起来,寻找一条同时解决这两大难题的途径。相信笔者提出的中国城市化之路的是切实可行的。它在成本投入较低、对社会震荡较小的前提下,提出了在中国实现城市化的同时,实现城乡经济、社会统筹协调发展,使中国城乡走向共同富裕的有效途径。

On the other hand, it is expected that the agriculture sector in China would only count for less than 5% of the national GDP several decades later. In other words, the 40% rural population in China would have to be supported by less than 5% of national GDP in the future. This means that ＂San Nong＂ issues could become an unmanageable burden down the road of Chinese modernization. China must explore a proper way to both achieve urbanization and eliminate the ＂San Nong＂ burden simultaneously, by effectively using the ongoing golden era that the period of rising national economy and the period of rapid urbanization are overlapped.
