摘要
在充分调研国内外管道流量和压力检测技术的基础上,提出了基于非接触式的超声波液压系统流量和压力统一测量的检测方法。该方法克服管道壁厚影响,而且有效地消除系统误差,达到了较高的精度。根据声学方面和流体力学的相关知识,利用液压系统压力变化引起油液声速变化这一物理特性,并结合时差法超声波流量计的检测原理,证明了超声波流量计检测方法能够有效的对管道压力进行测量,具有重要的实用价值。
On the basis of fully investigating the domestic and foreign measurement techniques of pipeline flow and pressure this paper puts forward a new unified measurement method for pipeline flow and pressure detection based on non-contact ultrasonic wave hydraulic system. The method can overcome the influence of the pipe thickness, effectively eliminate the system error, and has good accuracy. Based on the associated knowledge in the aspects of acoustics and fluid mechanics, utilizing the physical characteristic that the pressure variation of a hydraulic system causes the sound velocity change of oil liquid, and combining with the detection principle of the ultrasonic flowmeter using time difference method, it is proved that the measurement method based on ultrasonic flowmeter is a useful tool for measuring the intra-pipeline pressure and has important practical value.
