摘要
归纳了镁合金表面微弧氧化过程中电解液组成及工艺条件对陶瓷膜层表面形貌、截面形貌和相组成等的影响。结合成膜过程中电压及膜层厚度的变化规律,综述了镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的形成机理。
The effects of the solution components and process conditions on the surface morphology, cross-section morphology and phrase composition of micro arc oxidation ceramic coatings on magnesium alloy were summarized, The formation mechanism of micro arc oxidation ceramic coatings on magnesium alloy was reviewed based on the variation law of voltage and coating thickness.
