摘要
目的观察养阴润肺解毒方联合激素、抗生素治疗急性期放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将106例患者随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(50例),两组均采用激素、抗生素治疗,治疗组同时加服中药养阴润肺解毒方,观察两组近期症状及X线胸片疗效、肺炎评级变化、主要症状起效时间、血清细胞因子白介素6(IL-6)水平和生活质量评分。结果治疗后治疗组近期症状疗效、主要症状起效时间、肺炎评级改善程度、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组X线胸片疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组中完全缓解例数多于对照组;两组血清IL-6均较治疗前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组下降水平较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。结论养阴润肺解毒方联合激素、抗生素治疗急性期放射性肺炎疗效确切,并能有效降低患者血清IL-6水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Runfei Jiedu Recipe (Recipe for nourishing yin, moistening the lung and removing toxins) together with hormone and antibiotics on acute radiation pneumonia. Methods Totally 106 patients with acute radiation pneumonia were randomized into a treatment group (56 cases) and a control group (50 cases). Both groups were administered hormone and antibiotics, while the treatment group was given the herbal decoction, Yangyin Runfei Jiedu Recipe. The recent symptoms before and after the treatment, chest X-ray effect, changes of pneumonia rating, effectual time of major symptoms, serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), and grading of quality of life were observed. Results After treatment, the short term effect on symptoms, effectual time of major symptoms, improvement in pneumonia rating, and grading of quality of life of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). There was no statistical significance in the comparison of chest X-ray effect (P〉0.05), but the number of complete relief patients in the treatment group was more than that of the control group. Serum IL-6 decreased in both groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) and more significantly in the treatment group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Yangyin Runfei Jiedu Recipe together with hormone and antibiotics has an exact effect on acute radiation pneumonia and can effectively reduce serum IL-6 of patients.
