七氟醚对大鼠急性肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨七氟醚对大鼠急性肠缺血—再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照(S)组、缺血再灌注(IR)组和七氟醚(Sevo)组,各10只。建立大鼠急性肠IR损伤模型,2 h后分别检测其血清IL-6、TNF-α及血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),同时观察肠组织的病理变化。结果与S组相比,IR组和Sevo组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平明显上升(P均<0.01),但Svo组IL-6、TNF-α低于IR组(P<0.05);缺血再灌注后,IR组血浆SOD活力降低、MDA升高(P均<0.01),Sevo组SOD活力、MDA分别高于和低于IR组(P均<0.05),Sevo组肠组织病理损伤分级明显低于IR组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚对大鼠肠IR损伤有一定的保护作用,可能是通过抑制炎症介质的释放和抗氧自由基反应发挥作用。
