摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了CuO-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂,研究了不同制备方式对催化剂性能的影响,确定了并流共沉淀法为最佳的催化剂制备方式。考察了反应温度、反应压力、反应空速等因素对低压CO2加氢合成甲醇反应性能的影响。在原料气配比一定(V(H2)/V(CO2)=2.6/1)的条件下,确定了优化的工艺参数为:反应温度240℃、反应空速2400h-1。此反应条件下,CO2转化率9.0%,甲醇选择性14.1%。
CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation methods, and the effects of the ways of co-precipitation on catalyst performances were studied. Parallel flow coprecipitation was found to be the best way to prepare the catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and feed gas space velocity on the catalytic performances of the catalysts for the synthesis of methanol by carbon dioxide hydrogenation were investigated. For the feed gas with a H2/CO2 volume ratio of 2.6, the optimum reaction parameters were determined as follows: temperature of 240℃, pressure of 1.0MPa, and feed gas space velocity of 2400ha. Under the opti- mized conditions, the conversion of carbon dioxide and the selectivity to methanol were 9.0% and 14.1%, respectively.
