摘要
天科股份宁夏分公司建立CMS生产过程质量控制技术和采用仪器监控高温炭化、沉积、活化过程,有效调整孔结构,实现节能增效"一步法"新工艺。摆脱当前国内CMS生产过程无控制和活化、沉积过程耗能、费时、耗体力的"多步法"落后生产工艺。为提升CMS产品质量水平,降低生产成本,获得良好经济效益,提供了实实在在的生产技术。
Ningxia Huinong Adsorbent Branch of Siehuan Tianyi Science and Technology Ltd. Co. used quality control techniques and instruments to monitor the high-temperature carbonization, deposition, activation processes in CMS production process so as to effectively adjust the pore structure and achieve high energy and production efficiency, which formed a novel CMC production process required only one-step deposition procedure. Comparing to existing muhi-step deposition process, the novel one-step process could evidently improve product quality, reduce energy consumption and product cost, and increase production efficiency.
