高精度高自动化香料配制系统的设计

The Design of High Precision and Automatization Flavor Confecting System

香料配制精度直接影响着卷烟的吸味和内在品质,为提高香料配制的精度和自动化程度以及减员降耗,重点从原料的处理方式,物料的计量、输送,控制和管理方面进行分析和设计。针对不同物料的特点,分别采用质量流量计、电磁流量计和电子秤实现物料的计量;通过PLC控制系统和上位机管理系统,达到提高配制精度的目的。

The Flavor confecting precision has great influence on smoking taste and cigarette inner quality. In order to improve flavor confecting precision and automatization and to decrease consumption, this paper makes analyse and design from material processing, transporting, weighing, controlling to system management. Mass flow meter, electromagnetic flow meter and electronic balance are introduced according to different materials. Through PLC control and SCADA system, confecting precision is reduced.
