The article is based on the real project, and designs a long-distance water supply control system for Development District. The project comprises the pump station control system, network, communication, computer center in the waterworks, the long-distance monitor of the water conservancy and the wired and wireless net transmission system, and details the technique about the frequency converter in the system.
