住宅的质量是维系民生的大事,是人们基本利益的重要保证。针对如何提高住宅设计质量问题,提出了预防住宅设计质量通病的有效措施,并认为,设计质量与建筑师的设计方案构思有关,与设计过程中执行国家和地方的设计标准、法规有关,与新材料、新技术有关;健全设计院质量管理体系是提高住宅设计质量的重要保证。

Housing quality is a major event to maintain the people＇s livelihood and an important guarantee for the fundamental interests of the people. The quality of residential housing is determined by design quality which is associated with the architect＇s design conception, the implementation of national and local design standards, laws and regulations, new materials and new technologies in the design process. The design quality should be implemented by a sound quality management system of design institute.
