This article introduces the development and applications about the problem of resource balance. It experienced many methods from the analysis,traditional heuristics to intelligent and new particle swarm optimization.These methods made the calculation efficiency improved and the result optimizing much better.The union between the optimization methods on each advantage will produce new effect and is becoming an important direction in study.
