摘要
以THEIC 为改性剂研制了一种新型的苦成水脱盐PFT 复合反渗透膜。本文讨论了PS 基膜,浸涂液组成和制膜条件与复合膜性能的关系。观测了操作压力,供料液浓度和pH 值,不同盐类型对膜性能的影响。同时对该膜的抗氧化性、抗氯性和寿命也进行了试验。所研制的膜在操作压力3.0MPa 下,供料液浓度为5000ppmNaCl 水溶液时,脱盐率为97%,水通量为2.0ml/cm^2·h。
A new thin-film composite reverse osmosis membrane which show-
ns excellent potential for brackish desalination has been developed.
This membrane,designated PFT membrane, is formed on the porous
surface of PS membrane by using THEIC as swell ing agents polymeriza-
tion technique.The relationship between membrane performance and
PS supporting membrane, and component of coating solution, and
condition of membrane preparation were discussed.The effects of ope-
rating pressure, feed concentration and pH values, the kind of dif-
ferent salt solution on PFT membrane performance were observed.
At the same time, resistance to oxidation and chloridization, and
long-term stability were tested.Membrane samples,tested at an ope-
rating pressure of 3.0 MPa with 5000 ppm aqueous NaCl, yielded flux
of 2.0 ml/cm^1·h and salt rejections as high as percent.
