不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗肺心病并高脂血症患者的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察应用不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗对肺心病并高脂血症患者肺动脉压力(PAP)及自主神经功能的影响。方法将100例肺心病高脂血症患者随机分为A、B两组各50例,A组口服阿托伐他汀10mg、每晚1次,B组口服阿托伐他汀20mg、每晚1次。比较两组治疗24周后血脂水平、PAP及心电图振荡起始(TO)、振荡斜率(TS)、24h内连续正常R-R间期的标准差(SDNN)变化情况。结果两组在治疗24周后血脂、PAP及自主神经功能均较治疗前有改善(P均<0.05)。治疗后B组PAP明显低于A组,SDNN及TS水平明显高于A组,TO明显低于A组(P均<0.05)。结论他汀类药物在调脂的同时具有非调脂依赖性心脏保护作用,并随剂量的增加其作用增加。
