摘要
研究了聚乙烯醇与脂肪族醛的缩合及其薄膜的透湿透气性。结果表明聚乙烯醇膜的水蒸气渗透系数随着缩醛化程度的增高而隆低,O_2、N_2气体的渗透系数随着缩醛化程度的增高而上升;当缩醛化程度相同时;对水蒸气的渗透系数与所用脂肪醛的碳链长度无关,O_2、N_2气体的渗透系数随脂肪醛碳链长度的增加而迅速增大,选择性随之降低。
Effects of acetaliztion reaction on water-vapor permeability and
gas permeability of polyvinyl alcohol membrane were studied in this
paper.Results showed that water-vapor permeability of polyvinyl
acetal membranes decreased with increasing the degree of acetalization
of polyvinyl alcohol and gas permeability of the membrane increased
with increasing the degree of acetalization of polyvinyl alcohol.When
the degree of acetalization was the same,water-vapor permeability
of polyvinyl acetal membranes was almost indepndent of length of the
chain of alkyl substituent and gas permeability of the membranes
increased markedly with lengthening of the chain of alkyl substituent
and permselectivity decreased.
