聚砜制膜液体系的相图研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文对常用的制膜材料聚砜在不同溶剂和不同沉淀剂中所构成的三元体系相图进行了研究。采用浊点滴定法测定了聚砜分别在NMP、DMA 和DMF溶剂及十一种不同沉淀剂中于20℃下的浊点数据,提出了用“一点法”来近似估算制膜液三元体系的相分离曲线,为制膜浆液的配制提供了定量尺度,得到的聚砜制膜液体系相溶性的某些规律,尤其是沉淀剂对相分离的延迟效应,为制膜条件的选择提供了依据。 In this paper the phase diagrams of polysulfone/solvent/precipitant ternary membrane forming systems have been investigated.The experimental data of incipient phase separation of polysulfone/NMP,MAC or DMF/eleven precipitants ternary systems,obtained by app-lication of the cloud composition titration at 20℃,are reported.ASimple method,so called“ONE POINT METHOD”to calculate binadolcurves of polysulfone ternary membrane forming systems by one expe-rimental datum of cloud composition titration,has been proposed andused for the quantitative measure ment of preparation of polysulfonecasting solutions.Some regulars on the solubility of polysulfone mem-brane forming systems and especially the effect of different precipitantson delaying phase separation have been obtaineb.As a result,someuseful ideas on choosing the conditions for membrane preparationare suggested
