用于反渗透棒膜的微孔PVC支撑棒预处理方法的改进

THE MODIFICATION OF PRETREA TMENT METHODS OF PVC MICROPOROUS RODS FOR THE SUPPORTS OF RO MEMBRANES

介绍一种用新方法处理微孔PVD 支撑棒的效果,它有效地防支制膜时气泡的产生,制得的棒膜成品率高,重现性好,膜性能均匀、稳定。此外,用新方法处理的棒,成膜后膜易于从棒上剥离,对棒的回收再利用十分方便。

The effect of the microporous supporting rod treated by new method on the performance of RO membranes is introduced in this paper.This supporting rod can prevent effectively the bubble emerging when themembrane is being casted on it.So the reproduci bility of the membraneis high and the membrane is uniform and stable.Moreover,the membr-ane casted on this rod is easy to be stripped off,making (?)it conven-ient to recover and reuse the rod.
