甲基丙烯酸二元醇酯的分析

Analysis of Dihydric Alcohol Methacrylate

以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，对苯二酚为阻聚剂，采用酸醇直接酯化法合成了二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯，二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯，二甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇（Ｍ为２００）。所得产物颜色浅，纯度及收率高。并对产物进行了ＧＣ、ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ分析。

Glycol dimethacrylate,diethylene glycol dimethacrylate and polyglycol(200) dimethacrylate are synthesed by direct esterification process when p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid is used as Catalyst and p-dihydrosybenzene is used as antipolymerization agent.The product with light color,high purity and yield is obtained and it is analysed by GC,IR, 1HNMR and MS.
