柞蚕厚茧层丝胶含量的研究

Sericin Content in Thick Tussah Cocoon Layer

检测了柞蚕厚茧层的丝胶含量，并通过与普通茧层丝胶含量的对比，发现薄茧层丝胶含量高，易解舒；厚茧层丝胶含量低，难解舒。对影响解舒的难易性提供了新的依据。

The sericin content in thick tussah cocoon layer is detected. By contrast with the sericin content in common cocoon layer, it is found that the sericin content in thin cocoon layer is higher and the cocoon layer is easy to be reeled. On the other hand, the sericin content in thick cocoon layer is lower and it is difficult to be reeled. New evidence is obtained about the degree of difficulty in reeling .
