脊柱转移瘤手术治疗的进展 被引量：3

摘要 随着恶性肿瘤综合诊治水平的提高，脊柱转移瘤的发生率有所上升。恶性肿瘤患者约40％发生脊柱转移，约12％-20％恶性肿瘤患者最先表现出脊柱转移瘤的特征，往往导致疼痛、脊柱不稳定、神经功能障碍。过去放疗加或不加后路椎板减压术是脊柱转移瘤的首选治疗方案。近期文献表明，
