急性心肌梗死猝死20例临床分析与前瞻性健康教育

Clinic analyses and forward-looking health education in 20 cases of acute myocardial infarction of sudden death

目的探讨急性心肌梗死猝死的诱因、预防与前瞻性健康教育,减少急性心肌梗死的猝死率。方法对20例急性心肌梗死猝死病例的一般资料、诱发因素、猝死前临床表现和发生时间进行分析。结果20例病例中,16例猝死前存在明显的诱发因素,占80%。猝死前主要表现为胸闷、胸痛加剧,心悸、呼吸困难、大汗、全身湿冷等。心电图19例表现为室速室颤,1例表现为心室停顿。结论及时进行有效的前瞻性健康教育,清除猝死诱发因素,对减少急性心肌梗死猝死的发生率有着非常重要的临床意义。

Objective To discuss the inducements and prevention of acute myocardial infarction of sudden death. Methods Analyses the general information, induced factors, clinical manifestations and time before sudden death in 20 cases of acute myocardial infarction of sudden death. Results Among 20 cases, male 16 cases, female 4 cases （45-78 years）. There are obvious prdisposing factor in 16 cases,accounting for 80%. sudden death occurred in 24 hours in 5cases,in 2 -7 days in 10 cases,more than a week in 5cases. The clinical manifestations before sudden death are chest tightness, increased chest pain, palpitations, difficulty in breathing, sweating. There are ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation in cases by EGG, 1 case manifested as ventricular standstill. Conclusion forward - looking health education effectively and clearing predisposing factors of sudden death, can reduce the incidence of acute myocardial infarction sudden death.
