阿米福汀减轻鼻咽癌同步放化疗急性不良反应的初步临床观察

摘要
阿米福汀预处理可有效减少正常组织的放射损伤而不影响射线的抗肿瘤效应，还可减少化疗药物对正常组织毒性，对多种器官具有防护作用。临床研究表明阿米福汀可减少头颈部放疗患者中重度口干症的发生，美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准其应用于头颈放疗患者。本研究探讨皮下应用阿米福汀的临床安全性及放疗保护作用，报道如下。
