中国人2型糖尿病住院患者外周动脉狭窄的筛查策略

Screening strategy for carotid and peripheral artery stenosis in Chinese type 2 diabetic inpatients

947例2型糖尿病住院患者行颈动脉超声检查，971例行下肢动脉超声检查以探讨糖尿病患者外周动脉狭窄的相关因素。Logistic回归提示颈动脉狭窄〉50％的独立危险因素为：纤维蛋白原≥4g／L、糖尿病病程≥10年、冠心病。下肢动脉狭窄〉50％的独立危险因素为：年龄≥60岁、纤维蛋白原≥4g／L、糖尿病病程≥10年、高血压。不符合以上危险因素者可暂不筛查外周动脉。

Nine hundred and forty-seven type 2 diabetic patients were received ultrasound scanning of carotid and so were 971 patients of lower limb arteries. Independent risk factors for carotid stenosis〉50% were fibrinogen≥4 g/L,duration of diabetes mellitus ≥ 10 years and coronary artery disease. Independent risk factors for lower limb stenosis〉50% were age≥60 years, fibrinogen≥4 g/L, duration of diabetes mellitus≥10 years, and hypertension. Screening could be postponed in diabetics patients without these risk factors.
