血清内脂素与2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病的相关性研究

Relationship of serum visfatin concentration with peripheral arterial disease in type 2 diabetic patients

按彩色多普勒超声检查外周动脉结果分组，2型糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病组（T2DM—PAD组）47例、2型糖尿病无外周动脉疾病组（T2DM组）40例、正常对照组25名，结果显示，T2DM—PAD组、T2DM组血清内脂素水平高于正常对照组[（63．85±15．94和54．96±12．58vs46．29±6．70）ng／ml，均P〈0．01]，T2DM—PAD组显著高于T2DM组（P〈0．05）。Pearson相关分析表明，血清内脂素与超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、腰臀比、纤维蛋白原、空腹血糖均呈正相关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。

According to the resuhs of Doppler examination, 47 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral arterial disease （ T2DM-PAD ） , 40 cases of type 2 diabetic patients without PAD （ T2DM ） , and 25 subjects without type 2 diabetes mellitus and PAD （control） were involved in this study. The results showed that serum visfatin concentrations in T2DM-PAD and T2DM groups were higher than that in control group [ （63.85 ± 15.94 and 54.96±12.58 vs 46.29±6.70） ng/ml,both P〈0.01 ] ,and serum visfatin concentration in T2DM-PAD group was higher than that in T2DM group （P〈0.05）. Pearson＇s correlation analysis demonstrated that serum visfatin level was positively correlated with high sensitive C reactive protein, intcrleukin-6, carotid intima-media thickness,waist to hip ratio,fibrinogen, and fasting plasma glucose （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）
