激光二极管的光功率数字可调控制系统设计与仿真

Design of Digital Adjustable Optical Power Control System of Laser Diode

摘要 小型测量仪及通讯仪器通常采用激光二极管作为其光源,这是因为它具有体积小、效率高、结构简单和价格便宜等优点。但是激光二极管的运行质量,与其驱动电源的性能密切相关,电流的起伏会引起光功率的变化,这就需要高性能电源驱动系统才能获得稳定、准确可调的光功率输出。根据激光二极管的工作原理,设计了以单片机控制为核心采用模糊控制技术以及附加一路参考信号的激光二极管光功率数字可调控制系统。系统利用智能模糊控制技术,可有效实现激光二极管光功率的实时控制和显示,可以获得稳定、准确可调的光功率输出。 Laser diode is used usually as light source in miniature measuring instrument and communication instrument because of its small volume, high efficiency, simple structure and low price. However, the operation quality of laser diode is intimately correlative with its driving power, and fluctuation of current will changes optical power so that it needs high performance driving power to acquire steady and adjustable output of optical power. A digital adjustable optical power control system of laser diode based on working principle of laser diode is designed in this paper by using SCM control and fuzzy control technology as the core of system with an additional reference signal. The system can well control and display the optical power of laser diode in real time to provide steady and adjustable output of optical power by using intelligent fuzzy control technique.
