嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基诊断生殖道感染的研究

A Defined Medium for Growth of Hemophilic Bacteria,Candida and Mycoplasm in Reproductive Tract Infection Study

摘要 目的:探讨嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基对妇女生殖道感染的诊断价值。方法:取36例临床标本,分别接种于嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基及传统单一的嗜血菌培养基、科玛嘉显色培养基和支原体培养基上培养,于24 h、48 h观察培养结果。结果:在36例临床标本中,①嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基培养出革兰氏阳性菌9株、革兰氏阴性菌4株;白色念珠菌14株、克柔念珠菌4株、光滑念珠菌3株、其他念珠菌1株;解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)17株,解脲脲原体合并人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis,Mh)3株。②嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基与传统单一的嗜血菌培养基、科玛嘉显色培养基和支原体培养基对比,对临床标本的检测符合率均高于88%,分离阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:嗜血菌、念珠菌和支原体组合培养基可同时培养出细菌、支原体、念珠菌3种微生物,有利于对妇女生殖道感染进行诊断及鉴别诊断,具有指导临床用药的重要意义。 Objective: To study the value of the defined medium for hemophilic bacteria, candida and mycoplasma in diagnosis of reproductive tract infections in women. Methods: Thirty-six clinical specimens were inoculated in the defined medium as well as the classical single medium (hemophilic bacteria medium, CHROMAgar candida color-medium and mycoplasma culture medium), and observed in 24 h and 48 h, respectively. Results: 1) In 36 clinical specimens, in the defined medium for growth of hemophilic bacteria, candida and mycoplasma, 9 strains of gram-positive bacteria and 4 strains of gram-negative bacteria were detected in; 14 strains of candida Albicans, 4 strains of candida Krusei, 3 strains of canadida glabrata and 1 strains of others were isolated; 17 strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum and 3 strains of both Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis were identified. 2) There was no statistical difference of the positive isolation rate between the defined medium and the classical single medium (hemophilic bacteria medium, CHROMAgar candida color-medium and mycoplasma culture medium) (P〉0.05). The positive accordance rate of the two methods was higher than 88%. Conclusion: Hemophilic bacteria, candida, and mycoplasma could be simultaneously cultured in defined culture medium (for the growth of candida, hemophilic bacteria and mycoplasma), which would be significant for the diagnosis and differentiation of the reproductive tract infection in women and further for the guidance of clinical therapy.
