不明原因不孕女性血浆中顶体蛋白酶抗体(AcrAb)及精子蛋白17抗体(Sp17Ab)的水平 被引量:1

Study on Levels of Anti-sperm Protein 17 Antibodies and Anti-acrosin Antibodies in Women Serum of Unexplained Infertility

摘要 目的:探讨抗精子蛋白17抗体(Sp17Ab)、抗顶体蛋白酶抗体(AcrAb)在不孕症发病中的作用。方法:采用ELISA方法对12例不明原因不孕患者(A组)、20例其它原因引起不孕的患者(B组)及25例正常的育龄妇女(C组)血浆中AcrAb、Sp17Ab进行检测。结果:①AcrAb、Sp17Ab水平A组(3.28±1.08μg/L,7.89±2.22μg/L)明显高于B组(1.50±0.44μg/L,3.58±0.93μg/L)及C组(1.50±0.48μg/L,3.54±0.63μg/L),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组、C组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);②女性血浆中AcrAb与Sp17Ab水平无相关性(r=0.565,P>0.05)。结论:不孕患者血浆中AcrAb、Sp17Ab水平变化与不明原因不孕患者发病有关。 Objective: To explore the role of anti-sperm protein 17 antibodies (Sp17Ab) and anti-acrosin antibodies (AcrAb) in patients with infertility. Methods: The levels of AcrAb and Spl7Ab in serum were detected from 12 patients with unexplained infertility (group A), 20 patients with infertility for other reasons (group B) and 25 normal pregnant women (group C) by ELISA. Results: 1) The level of AcrAb in serum in group A (3.28±1.08μg/L) was significantly higher than that in group B (1.50±0.44μg/L) and group C (1.50±0.48μg/L), all P〈0.01; group B and group C had no significant differences (P〉0.05). 2) The level of Sp 17Ab in serum in group A (7.89±2.22μg/L) was significantly higher than that in group B(3.58±0.93μg/L) and group C (3.54±0.63μg/L), P all 〈0.01; group B and group C had no significant differences (P〉0.05). 3) The level of AcrAb and Spl7Ab in serum had no significant relationship (r=0.565, P〉0.05). Conlusion: The changes of levels of Sp17Ab and AcrAb are related to the occurrence of unexplained infertility.
