166例吸毒人员生命质量及影响因素分析

An Investigation on 166 Drug Addiction People with An Analysis on Their Life Quality

目的:了解吸毒人员人口学特征、一般情况、生命质量状况及影响因素。方法:采用自行设计调查表、吸毒人群生命质量量表(QOL-DA)和生命质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对166例戒毒者进行调查。结果:吸毒者以20～30岁、男性、低文化程度、未婚、无业人员为主要滥用人群,最初吸毒原因主要是寻求刺激或好奇心,吸食毒品以海洛因为主(占95.8%),方式主要为烫吸(78.3%);该人群生命质量各维度得分明显低于普通人群(P<0.01),得分高低受本人文化程度、母亲文化程度、家人支持与否、吸毒年限、是否生病、年龄、婚姻状况等因素影响。结论:吸毒人员的生命质量较差,缺乏足够的社会支持;家庭是否关心、社会接受与否对其生命质量有较大影响。

Objective：To know the demographic characteristics,and general status of life quality and affecting factors of drug addiction people.Method：An investigation was carried out among 166 drug addicts undergoing detoxification in a Guizhou provincial detoxification institute by using a self-designed questionnaire,QOL-DA and WHOQOL-BREF.Results：The majority of the drug addicts were 20-30 years old,male,low-education,unmarried and unemployed people.The main reasons of drug abuse were curiosity and stimulation appetition.Most of them were heroin abusers（95.8%）,snorting was the main route adopted（78.3%）.All indexes of the QOL-DA were lower than those of the state normal model（P0.01）.The score of QOL was influenced by his and his mother＇s education,supports of his family,the years of drug abuse,illness,age,and marriage status.Conclusions：Life quality of drug addicts is bad,and they need concern from society.Social reception has big influence on them.
